2. Check your cart

Click the cart icon in the upper right corner.

In your cart, you can:

Check the total weight of your items, allowing you to adjust shipping costs by adding or subtracting items.

Check the quantity of your items and adjust them if necessary.

Make sure the items and weight are updated (sometimes your cart may not update immediately; simply click "Update").

3. Select your delivery country

On the checkout page, select your country.

The website will automatically display the shipping methods and rates available for your country.

If delivery to your country is temporarily unavailable, please contact us via Instagram chat @buymebox_korea (for the fastest response).

Click the "Place Order" button.

4. Fill in the recipient's details.

If you encounter any errors, such as "Sorry, we do not deliver to your region," please contact us on Instagram @buymebox_korea.

5. Review your order and add a promo code if available.

6. Select a delivery method.

For most countries, EMS delivery to your door is available.

Recommendation: Paying with foreign currency cards is more cost-effective, as your bank does not charge a conversion fee.

6. Confirm your order

Follow the payment instructions according to your selected method.

After payment, you will receive:

• an order confirmation email

• we will contact you with any clarifications (for heavy shipments or if items are out of stock)

7. Shipping and Tracking

• After shipment, you will receive a tracking number in your personal account.

• Shipment usually takes 3-4 days.

We carefully package each order to ensure everything arrives intact and undamaged.

The limit varies by country.

Ukraine

No duties or VAT are charged for orders up to €150 (excluding shipping costs).
Europe

The only duty-free limit for parcels is €150.

We specifically list the shipping cost as a separate item so that it is not included in the total cost, but in certain countries and cases, it may be added to the total cost in accordance with the country's customs regulations.
